Summary of my weight loss:
I have loss 18 kg + 25.5 inches with 2 Herbalife shakes + 1 normal meal.
I loss another 1 kg + 24.1 inches after I stopped taking Herbalife shakes.
To date, I have lost a total of 19 kg + 49.6 inches of my body.
I'm currently taking 2-3 normal meals per day.
I'm no longer dependent on Herbalife Shakes for more than 5 years.

To Do List

Before you start start using HL, you're advised to do the following.

1. measure and weigh yourself the morning before taking HL
- measure your: wrist (optional), biceps (both arms or just 1 arm. make sure to measure the same arm if u measure only 1 arm), chest, waist and thighs.
- jot down your measurements and current weight in a notebook/blog. include the date and state Day 1/Day 14/etc. note down how many inches/kgs you've lost.
- you'll be measuring and weighing urself every once a week / fortnight / month .

2. plan your daily meals
- when to take your shakes? (must be twice a day)
- when to take your normal meals? (once a day)
- drink plenty of water. 2-4 litres a day. bring a tumbler wherever u go.
- start eating healthy food. cut down the intake of oily/fried food. eats lots of fibre, fruits and veggies
- jot down your daily meals in a notebook/blog.

3. take a 'before' photo of yourself

4. do not throw away the clothes that don't fit u
- make them as your goal -> to be able to fit in them.

p.s: this 'To Do List' also applies to those who are consuming HL to gain weight as well. just measure and weight to monitor ur weight gain progress, aim to be able to fit in clothes better and to look healthier in ur 'after' photos. :P
