1. Lose Weight Menu
(for those who are overweight or want to shed a few kilos/inches)
2 shakes + 1 normal meal
~ Take 2 shakes to replace 2 meals and take 1 normal meal
Breakfast = HL shakes
Lunch = HL shakes
Dinner = Normal meal
2. Maintain Weight Menu
(also for Breastfeeding Mums)
1 shakes + 2 normal meal
~ Take 1 shakes to replace 1 meal and take 2 normal meals
Breakfast = HL shakes
Lunch = Normal meal
Dinner = Normal meal
3. Gain Weight Menu
(for those who are underweight or want to build muscles)
3 shakes + 3 normal meal
~ Take 3 shakes after every meal.
Breakfast = Normal meal + HL shakes
Lunch = Normal meal + HL shakes
Dinner = Normal meal + HL shakes
4. Improve Health Menu
(also for Pregnant Ladies & those trying to conceive)
