Summary of my weight loss:
I have loss 18 kg + 25.5 inches with 2 Herbalife shakes + 1 normal meal.
I loss another 1 kg + 24.1 inches after I stopped taking Herbalife shakes.
To date, I have lost a total of 19 kg + 49.6 inches of my body.
I'm currently taking 2-3 normal meals per day.
I'm no longer dependent on Herbalife Shakes for more than 5 years.

note: masa kat bwh ni seme ikut waktu saudi arabia (GMT+3), 5 jam lewat dr waktu malaysia. harap maklum.

SAHUR: AT HOTEL BUFFET
@ 3.08 am
- 1/4 plate of rice
- 1/2 plate of mixed veggie
- 1 pc of fish
1/4 tspn of teamix + 1 tspn of Psyllium Husk + 2 tspn of Sugar + 150 ml warm water
1 tspn of coffee + 1 tspn of creamer + 2 tspn of sugar + 150 ml warm water
150 ml orange juice
950 ml H²0

BERBUKA: AT MASJID
@ 7.06 pm
- a small pc of kurma bread/cake
- 1/4 pc of bread dipped in yogurt
- 2 pcs of kurma
- 1 pack of strawberry milk
350 ml Zamzam

BERBUKA: AT HOTEL BUFFET
@ 8.00 pm
- 1/4 plate of rice
- 1/2 plate of sayur kacang
- 2 pcs of sotong
- 1 small bowl of cincau
300 ml orange juice
700 ml H²0

SUPPER: AT HOTEL ROOM
@ 11.00 pm
- 1 small cup of pistachio ice cream
- 1 smlal cup of vanilla ice cream
@ 1 am (consider masih hari yg same sbb blom tido)
- 1/2 pc of Kebab ayam (dad bwk balik)

workout: solat 5 waktu kat masjid nabawi with sunat sblm/slps, tahajjud, terawih and witir included + ulang alik hotel ke masjid will be considered as workout

kalo berbuka kat masjid nabawi ni mmg meriah. ini 2nd time sy pg umrah masa bulan ramadhan, so dah tau what to expect. dan mmg sy ni sgt cerdik heret mak dan nenek pg ke tmpt yg ade org offer free food for berbuka! wahahahaa. sy siap jln ke area lain utk amik extra mknn. pandai tak? :))

oh lg satu, mknn utk berbuka kat madinah sy taleh nak snap la, sbb sy tak bwk hp ke masjid. direct balik dr masjid trus pg tmpt mkn. kat masjid nabawi mmg muslimat tak dibenarkan bwk masuk hp. tp ade gak mek arab yg bwk. kalo kite2 ni yg bukan Arab ni, besar kemungkinan hp tu kene rampas. sy sayang hp sy, so mmg tayah bwkla. tak kisah la. sy ade catit ape yg sy mkn. eheh. utk gambar sahur, sy boleh snap, sbb lepas sahur, mmg naik semule ke bilik sblm pg subuh. so leh simpan balik hp tu dlm bilik. :P
