Summary of my weight loss:
I have loss 18 kg + 25.5 inches with 2 Herbalife shakes + 1 normal meal.
I loss another 1 kg + 24.1 inches after I stopped taking Herbalife shakes.
To date, I have lost a total of 19 kg + 49.6 inches of my body.
I'm currently taking 2-3 normal meals per day.
I'm no longer dependent on Herbalife Shakes for more than 5 years.

SAHUR: AT HOTEL BUFFET
@ 3.15 am
- 1/4 plate of rice
- 1/2 plate of veggie soup
- 2 slices of cucumbers
- 1 pc of chicken
- 2 pcs of beef
- 2 slices of bread with peanut butter
1/4 tspn of teamix + 150 ml warm water
150 ml orange juice + 1 tspn of Psyllium Husk
1 tspn of coffee + 1 tspn of milk + 2 tspn of sugar + 150 ml warm water
700 ml H²0

BERBUKA: AT JEDDAH R&R
@ 7.15 pm
- 6 pcs of kurma
- 1/4 plate of rice
- 3 pcs of beef rendang
- 2 pcs of chicken nuggets
700 ml H²0

IN BETWEEN: AT MASJIDIL HARAM
@ 12.15 am
- 400 ml H²0 (before tawaf)
@ 1.00 am
- 350 ml H²0 (during saei)
@ 1.30 am
- 400 ml H²0 (after saei + bertahallul)

workout: solat 2 waktu kat masjid nabawi with sunat sblm/slps, tahajjud included + ulang alik hotel ke masjid + travel by bus from madinah to mekah + tawaf 7 kali + saei 7 kali (2.9 km) will be considered as workout

aku tak phm nape kalo naik bas besar2 tu eventho duduk 2 seat sorang2, aku masih jgk sakit kaki. mcm lumpuh kaki la lebih kurang. nak kate duduk lame tak jgk. selalu gak bgn2. tp mmg sakit urat la. haih. sakit urat sbb sejuk aircon kot.

oh i love those kurma. nmpk tak brp byknye sy amik. wahaha. kurma tu lembut2 aje. just the way i like it!

oh ya, mlm tu mmg penat la sbb sampai mekah lambat, masuk hotel kejap utk toilet break sblm pg ke masjidil haram utk settlekan tawaf dan saei. tp laju la jgk abis even dlm sesak2 tu. start tawaf 12.30 am pestu sambung dgn saei, settle 1.30 am. less than sejam la. sbb antara tawaf dgn saei tu, tersesat sket nak pg cari tmpt saei. wahahaha. rupe masjidil haram dah lain, mane tak sesat. aduhai. mak naik kerusi roda mase saei, itupon dah pusingan yg ke-4. sy terpaksa jln sorang2. bila dah jln sorang2 ape lg, ala2 walkathon la. tak reti nak jln slow2. kdg2 siap lari. :))

anyway, mmg tak tido la. sbb balik2 tu dah kul 2 am, elok2 nak kene sahur plak. lepas sahur kene pg subuh plak. seriyes pengsan lepas subuh tu. refer to tomorrow's daily menu. :P

anyway, alhamdulilah la jgk, mknn derang anta direct ke bilik. so boleh mkn dlm bilik utk sahur dan berbuka. tayah la susah2 nak dress up utk turun sahur, atau nak kene singgah + berebut dgn org2 lain yg berbuka kat hotel buffet. utk menu2 esok dan seterusnya, akan nmpk sy mkn atas lantai/tikar la yer. eheh. FYI, sy tak reti nak mkn atas tikar. bontot sy automatic mesti luar tikar, pinggan + air aje atas tikar. sy anggap tikar tu mcm meja. ade ke org duduk atas meja? :))
