Summary of my weight loss:
I have loss 18 kg + 25.5 inches with 2 Herbalife shakes + 1 normal meal.
I loss another 1 kg + 24.1 inches after I stopped taking Herbalife shakes.
To date, I have lost a total of 19 kg + 49.6 inches of my body.
I'm currently taking 2-3 normal meals per day.
I'm no longer dependent on Herbalife Shakes for more than 5 years.

SAHUR: AT HOTEL ROOM

- 1/4 plate of rice
- 3 pcs of chicken nuggets
- 1 small pc of chicken or fish (?)
- 1/2 plate of sayur bayam (add on)
4 tspn of milo + 1 tspn of Psyllium Husk + 150 ml warm water
450 ml mango juice
650 ml H²0

BERBUKA: AT MASJIDIL HARAM
@ 6.59 pm
- 3 pcs of kurma
- 1/3 pc of chocolate donut
650 ml Zamzam

BERBUKA: AT HOTEL ROOM
@ 8.21 pm
- 1/4 plate of rice
- 1/4 plate of salad
- 1/4 plate of sayur tomyam
- 1 pc of fish
- 1/4 bowl of bubur kacang hijau
- 1/4 pc of fruit tart
4 tspn of milo + 1 tspn of Psyllium Husk + 150 ml warm water
300 ml mango juice
650 ml H²0

SUPPER: AT HOTEL ROOM
@ 10.30 pm
- 1 cup of ice cream
- 1/2 pc of fruit tart
1/4 tspn of teamix + 150 ml warm water
250 ml H²0

workout: solat 5 waktu kat masjidil haram with sunat sblm/slps, tahajjud, dhuha, terawih and witir included + ulang alik hotel ke masjid will be considered as workout

amount of sweat loss mmg byk woo. setiap kali solat mmg terasa la menitik2 kat bdn. 1 baju basah lencun. amazing jgk la bhgn2 yg tak penah aku berpeluh, boleh berpeluh jgk. kire every pore mmg kuar peluh. wahaha. bayangkan brp byk air sy loss, tp nak replenish taleh plak sbb puasa. so mmg terasa kering anak tekak. sy mmg tak mkn byk, tp lebih focus pd nak minum air byk je. itu pon sy minum setakat yg termampu la.

anyway, dr Day 1 travel lg sy dah start tak sihat. sbb naik bas Jeddah ke Madinah tu, aircon dlm bas kuat sgt. elok2 sy dok bwh aircon yg taleh nak ubah kedudukan dia. hmm. so dah start selseme + batuk. it got worst from there. bbrp hari dok kat mekah dah kurang sket la.. especially bila dah nak dekat2 balik. org lain sihat aje. dlm bilik hotel pon kebetulan katil sy elok2 ngadap aircon. org lain panas, sy ketar2. haih. bygkan sy tido pakai sweater + stokin setiap hari. kuar dr bilik panas plak. sejuk panas sejuk panas. beza suhu bilik hotel dgn suhu luar sgt jauh berbeza. suhu bilik hotel 16°C to 20°C. outdoors 33°C to 44°C. umrah kali ni, mmg terasa sungguh bahangnya. sblm ni relax aje. global warming kah?
