Summary of my weight loss:
I have loss 18 kg + 25.5 inches with 2 Herbalife shakes + 1 normal meal.
I loss another 1 kg + 24.1 inches after I stopped taking Herbalife shakes.
To date, I have lost a total of 19 kg + 49.6 inches of my body.
I'm currently taking 2-3 normal meals per day.
I'm no longer dependent on Herbalife Shakes for more than 5 years.

- 1/2 pc of paceri nenas
- 1/4 plate of fresh raw salad
- 1 small pc of fish
- 1/2 of a banana
4 tspn of milo + 1 tspn of Psyllium Husk + 150 ml warm water
300 ml mixed fruit juice
150 ml mixed mango juice
700 ml H²0

BERBUKA: AT MASJIDIL HARAM
@ 6.56 pm
- 3 pcs of kurma
700 ml Zamzam

BERBUKA: AT HOTEL ROOM
@ 8.06 pm
- 1/4 plate of rice
- 1/2 plate of sayur (add on)
- ikan dlm gambar tu tak mkn sbb sy dpt bhgn tak masak :(
- 1/4 pc of fish (amik portion ayah)
- 1 pc of karipap
- 2 pcs of sotong
4 tspn of milo + 1 tspn of Psyllium Husk + 150 ml warm water
150 ml mixed fruit juice
150 ml mixed mango juice
700 ml H²0

SUPPER: AT HOTEL ROOM
@ 10.22 pm
- 1 cup of ice cream
250 ml of strawbery milk
1/4 tspn of teamix + 150 ml warm water
300 ml mixed fruit juice
