Summary of my weight loss:
I have loss 18 kg + 25.5 inches with 2 Herbalife shakes + 1 normal meal.
I loss another 1 kg + 24.1 inches after I stopped taking Herbalife shakes.
To date, I have lost a total of 19 kg + 49.6 inches of my body.
I'm currently taking 2-3 normal meals per day.
I'm no longer dependent on Herbalife Shakes for more than 5 years.

SAHUR: AT HOTEL ROOM

- 1/4 plate of rice
- 1/2 plate of sayur bayam (add on)
- 1 pc of fish
- 1 pc of lady's finger
- 1 whole peach
1 tspn of coffee + 1 tspn of Psyllium Husk + 1 tspn of milk + 2 tspn of sugar + 150 ml warm water
300 ml mixed fruit juice
150 ml mixed mango juice
700 ml H²0

BERBUKA: AT JEDDAH INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT
@ 6.55 pm (licin!)
- 1/2 plate of rice
- 4 slices of cucumbers
- 1 telur sambal
- 1 samosa
- 3 pcs of kurma
700 ml H²0

--- take off at 10.45 pm (jeddah time) ---

SUPPER: ON THE PLANE
@ 11.44 pm (pon licin jgk!)
- 1/3 plate of rice
- 1/3 plate of ayam tandoori
- 1/3 plate of veggie
- 1 small bowl of rice pudding with rosewater and pistachio
- 1 bowl of fresh salad with italian dressing
- 1 bun with butter
1 cup of Hot Tea with sugar and creamer
1 cup of orange juice
150 ml H²0
