Summary of my weight loss:
I have loss 18 kg + 25.5 inches with 2 Herbalife shakes + 1 normal meal.
I loss another 1 kg + 24.1 inches after I stopped taking Herbalife shakes.
To date, I have lost a total of 19 kg + 49.6 inches of my body.
I'm currently taking 2-3 normal meals per day.
I'm no longer dependent on Herbalife Shakes for more than 5 years.

- 1/4 plate of nasi lemak with ikan bilis
- 1/4 plate of chicken
- 1 small pc of sotong
1/4 tspn of Teamix + 1 tspn of Psyllium Husk + 300 ml warm water
700 ml H²0

BERBUKA: AT HOME
@ 7.25 pm
- 1/4 plate of beriyani rice
- 1 pc of ayam panggang
- 1/4 plate of sayur nangka
- 1/4 plate of paceri nenas
- 1 pc of cekmek molek
- 1 pc of burger malaysia a.k.a roti sambal
1/4 tspn of Teamix + 1 tbspn of Roselle Juice with Honey + 1 tspn of Psyllium Husk + 300 ml warm water
350 ml H²0

SUPPER: AT HOME
@ 10.00 pm
- 1 pc of burger malaysia a.k.a roti sambal
- 2 pcs of chocolate biscuit
- 1 handful of pistachios
1 mug of Hot Milo

IN BETWEEN
350 ml H²0 x 3 = 1050 ml H²0

Day 421: Psyllium Husk

workout: solat 5 waktu, sunat sblm/slps, tahajjud, dhuha, terawih and witir will be considered as workout

yg gambar kuih muih tu sebenarnye ade 1 lg versi, dan susunannye agak vulgar. so sbb mak pon tegur, sy snap lg satu gambar. padahal elok2 dlm pinggan dia dah tersusun mcm tu, nak buat mcmmane kan, so last2 kene susun rupe mcm smiley face plak. wahahaa. korang paham tak susunan vulgar tu rupe dia mcmmane? :))
