Summary of my weight loss:
I have loss 18 kg + 25.5 inches with 2 Herbalife shakes + 1 normal meal.
I loss another 1 kg + 24.1 inches after I stopped taking Herbalife shakes.
To date, I have lost a total of 19 kg + 49.6 inches of my body.
I'm currently taking 2-3 normal meals per day.
I'm no longer dependent on Herbalife Shakes for more than 5 years.

With Herbalife VS Without Herbalife

a) With Herbalife
- dgn HL lebih mudah, sbb bila gune HL as replacement meal dah replace 2 meals dgn shakes, scr tak langsung dah cut calories dgn byk, dan lg tak perlu pening2 kepala nak mkn ape utk 2 meal, hanya perlu pk utk jage mkn for 1 meal saje. lebih mudah kan. ape yg sy go thru dulu, bila boleh mkn 1 normal meal saje, sy mmg appreciate lg la mknn tu, scr tak langsung, sy akan automatic jage bebetul portion yg sy mkn. why? to make it worth my money.. tanak la beli HL, tp buat sambil lewa. kan? tp ade jgk org beli HL tp main2, tu yg tak work.. coz they aren't pushing themselves to do stuff out of the ordinary.
- dgn HL bila minum shakes, dah dpt mcm2 jenis nutrient dah in 1 glass, since it is a supplement. minum dan mkn 1 perkara yg berbeza eh. minum less effort, mkn kene mengunyah. dan bila consume mknn dlm bentuk liquid bdn senang nak absorb.
- dgn HL jgk, automatic akan lebih disiplin, sbb rule nye bila dah minum shakes, taleh mkn bende lain dah mase mealtime tu. so ini jgk boleh elakkan dr mkn bende2 lain.
- kire calorie tak wajib dibuat, unless u eat a lot for normal meal..
- workout is also optional sbb bila dah cut calorie dgn byk, tak perlu dah nak burn anything extra. unless calorie intake masih tinggi atau rase nak buat workout, then boleh la nak buat workout jika mau

b) Without Herbalife or any other product / natural diet
- kene pk utk consume 3 meals within your calorie needs, taleh exceed kalo exceed gain weight plak. so disini mmg kene amik tau calorie setiap mknn yg dimkn. byk effort yg perlu dibuat, but it is doable.
- nak dpt nutrients spt yg sy dpt dr HL shakes tu take more effort, kene mkn variety of food la, baru dpt all these different nutrients.
- workout mesti buat.
- eating habits mmg kene improve, sbb disinilah terjd bila sape2 yg dah amik HL stop amik HL, kalo derang kembali ke habit lame derang, atau tak jage mkn langsung, they will gain back their weight they have loss. sia2 la kan.
- bila tak rely pada pape product mmg kene bebetul disiplin, sape2 yg tak cukup kuat, mmg susah.

that's why wujudnye product2 meal replacement mcm Herbalife ni... utk memudahkan mrk2 utk lose weight. sambil2 amik HL, ini la waktu yg sesuai utk blaja nak manage weight, improve eating habits dan disiplinkan diri dan experiment mcm2 la, sbb ade byk extra time. since minum shakes mmg settle under 5 minutes. kalo mkn mknn biasa 1/2 jam tak settle lagi. kan?

bila dah rase dah cukup bersedia utk let go HL atau mane2 product skalipon, boleh la try without product plak. samada lepas dah let go weight akan still maintain atau tak, it will totally rely on what u have learnt/practice spjg awak consume product tu.

keyword nye, CONSISTENT + DISCIPLINE + SELF IMPROVEMENT. tanpa 3 tu mmg fail la jdnye, jd la mcm org2 yg kerap kali kene restart balik dr awal utk lose weight, tak kire la pape product/diet yg derang digunakan atau tanpa product skali pon, diet tu takkan work, tanpa 3 keyword tu. tp malangnye ramai yg tatau (in denial) reason kenapa diet/product derang gune tu tak berkesan. last2 blame bende lain la, kalo amik product, ckp product yg tak work. kalo mkn mknn biasa, ckp mknn tak tu tak serasi dgn bdn. tak penah nak blame diri sendiri. they can never improve with this kind of thinking.

sy hrp awak tak silap phm, kenapa sy stop amik HL. sy mmg taleh nak jwb samada HL/product meal replacement ataupon diet naturally lebih bagus, sbb ini pilihan masing2. cuma 1 soalan je la yg perlu ditanye kpd diri masing2, nak lebih mudah atau tak?

sy pon awal2 (akhir tahun 2006) dah decide Herbalife utk lose weight, sbb mase tu sy tgh cari product meal replacement, dan sy mmg perlukan smtg utk memudahkan sy lose weight. sy tak set pon nak minum HL selama2nya, sy minum HL utk membantu sy saje. so ini atas ape yg korang nak la. taleh tanye org lain.. tanye diri sendiri, what do u need? what do u want?

kalo rase perlu product utk membantu, then beli la product. trust me it is easier with product. tp mcm sy ni, sbb dah almost 5 tahun tak rely on HL, obviously dlm 5 tahun tu sy byk blaja mcm2, mkn mknn biasa saje utk maintain weight, bende tu akan jd lebih senang la, sbb dah jd routine harian. tade dah nak stress2. tak timbul soal 'susah' dah. why? sbb sy praktikkan 3 keyword kat atas td.

THE REASON WHY I STOPPED TAKING HERBALIFE SHAKES

sy stop amik HL sbb..

1. nak challenge diri sy utk maintain weight tanpa product. coz bila dah stop, itu dah membuktikan sy phm ape yg perlu dibuat tak kire la dgn product atau tanpa product skalipon. nak manage weight ni same aje, tp kalo tak khatam mmg akan rase sgt susah. sy ni personal wellness coach, so sy kene phm situasi utk both sides, with product and without product. kalo tau nak manage weight with product aje, bg sy it won't make me look like a good coach / role model. bila sy dah berjaya buat 2-2, sy dah buktikan sy mmg mampu untuk mendidik orang lain utk manage weight tanpa bias (pro herbalife). paling penting, sy takkan force sape2 untuk consume HL selama2nya. :P

2. nak buktikan bila stop HL, kalo kena dgn caranya, takkan gain weight balik. since ade ura2 nak takutkan org, sape2 yg consume HL kene consume slama2 nye kalo tidak weight akan gain weight.. etc. some distributors akan spread this lies tau.. just so that they won't lose customers. eventho sy still kekal jd distributor HL, sy rase tak patut la nak menipu mcm tu skali. i like to be honest.

3. sy nak tunjukkan, diet ni mmg ade mcm2 jenis, tp kene pandai pilih dan pandai apply ari2. all these diets with/without product WILL WORK IF U USE IT WISELY. papepon, jgn 100% rely kat product, sampai ingat diri sendiri tak perlu ubah pape atau korban pape. pengorbanan tu MESTI kene ade. u can never improve/lose weight + get long lasting results if u don't want to change ur habit + attitude.

IN TERMS OF BUDGET SPENT

ok sy tambah lg sket, bab BUDGET. selalunya lah org pk, bila beli product maknenye kene belanja lebih. tak semestinya. ini depend pd penggunaan product tu mcmmane. mcm Herbalife ni, bila gune utk lose weight, awak replace 2 meals dgn shakes. so instead of awak belanja untuk beli mknn utk 2 meals, awak belanja untuk beli 2 gelas shakes. so pokoknya HL ni bukanlah additional cost.. the shakes is still considered a part of your meal. kan? ade product dia bukan meal replacement, tp tetap kene mkn 3 normal meal pestu mkn dia as extra supplement, ini baru la dikatakan as berbelanja lebih.

dlm blog sy ni, saya ade share kiraan Budget Per Consumption dan Budget Per Month ikut retail price ataupon 25% discount. dr situ, korang boleh bandingkan, adakah korang akan spend more kalo korang cuba untuk lose weight dgn HL ataupon korang akan spend more kalo korang cuba untuk lose weight dgn normal food.

in my case, sy mmg spend less during Herbalife, and now after Herbalife disbbkan eating habits dah improve dan sy tau ape yg sy perlu buat, sy tak spend sebyk dulu sepertimana sebelum HL. tp ketika sy consume HL mmg budget utk mknn lebih rendah dr skang. why? sbb price HL tu dah fixed, price utk normal food berbeza2 bergantung pd mknn ape yg sy beli. boleh refer pd blog entry Budget Spent. skang ni, jarang skali la nak beli extra food for myself.

bila beli herbalife, stakat beli 1, 2 atau 3 product aje, antara F1, F3 dan Teamix/NRG tea. tp bila beli normal food utk berdiet, korang akan terdedah dgn mcm2 jenis mknn. nak pilih yg mane? haaa.. rambang mata kan? eheheh.

kalo awal2, nak try to lose weight with normal meal, dan craving masih blom terkawal, tp semangat nak lose weight tu ade, haa.. mmg nafsu tu mmg tergoda sentiasa. tak heran kalo tersilap langkah sampai terbeli mcm2 jenis mknn yg sihat dan end up u spend more money on normal food. mostly mknn2 yg healthy ni, org selalunya akan pk utk beli brg organic (mostly imported goods), dan amik brg2 yg low fat, semenye tu mahal tau, lebih mahal dr herbalife. kdg2, ade org sambil2 beli mknn yg healthy, terbeli jgk mknn yg unhealthy. scr tak langsung, dah spend extra money on food u don't really need.

so that's why bg sy tak sesuai ckp herbalife ni mahal. coz it really isn't that expensive when u really think about it.
