Summary of my weight loss:
I have loss 18 kg + 25.5 inches with 2 Herbalife shakes + 1 normal meal.
I loss another 1 kg + 24.1 inches after I stopped taking Herbalife shakes.
To date, I have lost a total of 19 kg + 49.6 inches of my body.
I'm currently taking 2-3 normal meals per day.
I'm no longer dependent on Herbalife Shakes for more than 5 years.

Consuming Herbalife With A Hectic Schedule (Especially For Students)

Salam & Hi..

* Sebelum tu, kalo nak tau macam mana nak spend less money bila consume Herbalife, boleh bace link ni - Tips to Maintain Herbalife Consumption with Minimal Income.

Sepertimana kita tau, kebanyakan student kene ikut jadual yang sangat pack. Kadang2 kena masuk kelas berderet2, tade langsung masa untuk rehat. Kalo ada masa untuk rehat pon tak lame mana. So macam mana nak consume Herbalife?

Bawah ni saya bagi contoh jadual kelas customer saya dan jawapan saya. At least korang ada idea la nak apply macam mana nanti. :D


Q: Salam, dieha. Ini tira punya jadual kelas, sorry terlambat. Kalau boleh, tolong tengokkan mana waktu yg sesuai nak minum teamix dengan shake. Thanks. :)

jadual awak.. yang saya nampak sekarang...

8 am - 1 pm : kelas
1-2 pm : pestu ade break kejap
2 pm - 5 pm : kelas lg
5 pm onwards : tade ape dah..

....

kelas awal ni.. so breakfast agak2 nak amik pukul brp? lame ke awak bersiap?

katelah bangun pukul 6 pagi..

UPON WAKING UP @ 6 am
250 ml H2O (optional)

nota tambahan:
- ini tips org cine ni, blom gosok gigi lagi, trus minum air. katenye ade nutrients dlm air liur. ntah betul ntah tidak.. ehehe. tp bg sy, kalo minum air lepas bangun pagi, mmg tak rase ngantuk la. so mungkin ade la kebaikan nye tu. :P

* katelah mandi, pestu solat subuh, settle dalam masa 1/2 jam.

BREAKFAST @ 6.30 am
2 scp of F1 + 2 scp of F3 + 250 ml liquid
or
4 scp of F1 + 2 scp of F3 + 400 to 500 ml liquid

nota tambahan:
- sy bg 2 recipe, utk awak pilih. bg sy better amik yg 2nd, sbb lebih berat sket la. kalo awak mix dgn air sejuk saje, air sejuk = 0 calories. so yg 2 scp F1 + 2 scp F3 tu.. ade 130 calories. kalo 4 scp F1 + 2 F3= 220 calories. sy nasihatkan awak mix la shakes awak dgn susu ke, fruit juice ke, buah ke. nak campur susu coklat pon boleh. lg sedap. tak ingat plak  awak order flavour ape. bila calorie shakes lebih tinggi, awak akan lebih kenyang. awak nak campur letak cereal drink kat dlm shakes awak pon boleh.. yg mcm nestum/nesvita/etc..


WAIT 30 MINUTES @ 7.00 am
1/4 or 1/2 teaspoon of Teamix + 250 ml warm or hot water (optional)
250 to 500 ml plain water (kalo tak amik teamix, boleh trus minum air lepas shakes)

nota tambahan:
- teamix tu, awak nak tambah gula/honey boleh. tp cube la try minum yg plain dulu. plain pon sedap. :P
- awak dah try ke teamix? nak tgk effect nye mcmmane dulu. kalo kerap ke tandas dan awak tanak kelas awak terganggu, awak boleh minum teamix ni lepas kul 5 pm la.. kire selesai kelas baru minum teamix..
- slps minum teamix, pastikan awak minum air yg cukup. kalo tak, kering nnt. sbb teamix bukanlah air, teamix ni akan tarik kuar air dr dlm bdn awak. dia tak absorb, dia mmg akan kuar balik. so kalo tak minum air langsung, mmg awak akan rase dahaga sgt.


IN BETWEEN IN CLASS @ 8.00 am to 11 pm
250 ml H2O x 2 to 4 times = 500 ml to 1 L

nota tambahan:
- bwk tumbler ke kelas. dan minum la sket2. tayah minum 1.25 L kalo tak mampu. minum sket2 aje dulu. try minum 500 ml dulu ke. adjust ikut kemampuan awak.
- sy tulis 2 to 4 times tu, maknenye setiap jam, awak train diri utk minum 250 ml air.
- jgn biarkan penuh sgt perut ye? make sure nak dekat2 lunch tu, stop minum air, sbb nak mkn normal meal plak. tamo la kenyang air.
- tumbler tu tak perlu yg besar sgt. kat campus usually ada drinking fountain, senang nak refill air nnt. kalo tade, kene beli la air masak. uhuk.


LUNCH @ 1.00 pm
carbs : 1/4 plate of rice or other carbs such as noodles, bread, fries, etc
protein : 1/4 plate of fish or chicken or other protein such as tofu, beans, cheese
fibre : 1/2 plate of veggies or 1/4 plate of veggies + 1/4 plate of fruits
... tak perlu ade gap, boleh trus minum teamix kalo mau...
1/4 or 1/2 teaspoon of Teamix + 250 ml warm or hot water (optional)
250 to 500 ml plain water

nota tambahan:
- awak boleh refer pd portion plate kat LINK ni. awak boleh adjust portion size tu ikut ape yg awak familiar dulu. kalo sblm ni biasa amik 1/2 plate nasi, start 1/2 plate nasik dulu, lauk kalo biasa amik 1/2 plate, takpe la.. amik aje 1/2 plate protein dulu. sayur tu biasa2 kan amik at least 1/4 plate dulu.
- org blaja mesti cepat lapar.. so awak jgn risau la pasal normal meal tu. bila awak dah biasa sket, awak boleh la kurangkan mane yg patut. nasi tu kurang kan sket demi sket, sampai la tinggal 1/4 plate aje. lauk protein tu kurangkan sket demi sket, sampai la tinggal 1/4 plate aje. dan sayur plak.. increase sket demi sket sampai la 1/2 plate. perubahan ni awak buat la dr minggu ke minggu. tak perlu buat immediateley. sbb bende2 ni.. kene buat slow2.. spy body awk boleh adjust accordingly. at least bila gune method ni, tak terkejut sgt tetibe kene mkn nasi sket, protein sket, sayur byk. :P

- same jela nasihat sy dgn yg 'btwn' kat atas td. ulang ajela. ehehe.


DINNER @ 6.00 pm

nota tambahan:
- seboleh nye awak amalkan la mkn awal sket. dlm kul 6-8 pm. make sure mkn sblm 8 pm. mkn kul 6 tu kire ok la tu. :D

kalo mlm2 lepas kul 8 pm awak rase lapar, sy suggest 3 jam lepas dinner tu awak minum shakes. yg dinner, awak mkn light snack ataupon kalo light snack awak adalah shakes, then tade masalah.. kul 6 pm 2nd shakes, kul 9 pm 3rd shakes.

kalo nak amik light snack, sy syorkan jgn mkn lepas kul 8 pm, sbb tanak ganggu digestion. sbb pape yg solid, akan amik mase yg lebih lame utk digest. tp shakes, adalah liquid, so lebih mudah utk digest, dalam 1/2 jam dah digest dah.

kalo rase2 tatau nak mkn ape utk light snack, boleh refer link ni - Healthy Snacks.
