Summary of my weight loss:
I have loss 18 kg + 25.5 inches with 2 Herbalife shakes + 1 normal meal.
I loss another 1 kg + 24.1 inches after I stopped taking Herbalife shakes.
To date, I have lost a total of 19 kg + 49.6 inches of my body.
I'm currently taking 2-3 normal meals per day.
I'm no longer dependent on Herbalife Shakes for more than 5 years.

2 tbsp of Jus Mengkudu + 1 tspn of Honey + 100 ml of H²0

BREAKFAST: AT HOME

- 1 slice of toast with honey

LUNCH: DEWAN MERANTI SG BULOH
@ 11.36 pm
- 1/4 plate of rice
- 1/8 plate of papadom (share with pika)
- 1 pc of chicken
- 2 pcs of sweet sour fish
- 1 small scp of acar buah
150 ml Air Sirap
300 ml H²0

LUNCH: OPEN HOUSE AUNTIE HAZAMI
@ 1.25 pm
- 1/8 plate of rice
- 1 pc of chicken
- 1 scp of veggie
- 2 pcs of roti jala
- 1 pc of udang petai
- 2 pcs of paceri nenas
- 1 pc of kuih cara
- 1 pc of kuih koci
150 ml of Air Kordial
300 ml H²0

BACK AT HOME
300 ml of Milo
1/2 tspn of Psyllium Husk + 1/4 tspn of Teamix + 300 ml warm water

IN BETWEEN
600 ml H²0

DINNER: AT HOME
@ 9.28 pm
- 2 slices of lemang daun lerek
- 1 scp of rendang
- 1 pc of kuih koci
1/2 tspn of Psyllium Husk + 1/4 tspn of Teamix + 300 ml warm water
