Summary of my weight loss:
I have loss 18 kg + 25.5 inches with 2 Herbalife shakes + 1 normal meal.
I loss another 1 kg + 24.1 inches after I stopped taking Herbalife shakes.
To date, I have lost a total of 19 kg + 49.6 inches of my body.
I'm currently taking 2-3 normal meals per day.
I'm no longer dependent on Herbalife Shakes for more than 5 years.

- 1/8 plate of sayur dalca
- 2 pcs of paceri nenas
- 1 small cup of cream caramel
150 ml of Air Sirap
300 ml of H²0

BRUNCH: AT KENDURI KAHWIN #2
@ 1.10 pm
- 1/4 plate of rice
- 1 small pc of fried chicken
- 1 small pc of ayam masak merah
- 2 pcs of fish fillet
- 1 pc of prawn
- 1/4 plate of sayur dalca
- 1 stick of cake pop
- 1 pc of onde onde
- 1/3 slice of cake
- 1/2 pc of cheese tart
- 1/2 pc of shortbread cookie
200 ml of Hot Tea
300 ml of H²0

BACK AT HOME
1/2 tspn of Psyllium Husk + 1/4 tspn of Teamix + 300 ml warm water

IN BETWEEN

DINNER: AT MEDAN SELERA DANAU KOTA

- 1/3 of nasi bubur with ikan masin (share with mum)
- 2 scp of nasi goreng kampung (share with dad)
