Summary of my weight loss:
I have loss 18 kg + 25.5 inches with 2 Herbalife shakes + 1 normal meal.
I loss another 1 kg + 24.1 inches after I stopped taking Herbalife shakes.
To date, I have lost a total of 19 kg + 49.6 inches of my body.
I'm currently taking 2-3 normal meals per day.
I'm no longer dependent on Herbalife Shakes for more than 5 years.

DAY 2: KUALA TERENGGANU

BREAKFAST: AT PRINZ PARK HOTEL
@ 6.42 am
- 1 bowl of porridge
- 1 slice of toast w/ butter and jam
- 1/2 pc of sausage
- 1 sml pc of steamed egg
- 1/2 slice of pancake with honey
- 1 sml scp of meehoon goreng
- 1 pc of fried tofu
- 1 scp of mashed potato
- 1 sml plate of salad
250 ml of Teh Tarik
100 ml of Orange Juice

IN BETWEEN
300 ml H²0

SNACK: AT PRINZ PARK HOTEL
@ 10.30 am
- 2 slices of sandwiches
150 ml of Hot Tea

LUNCH: AT PRINZ PARK HOTEL
@ 12.01 pm
- 1/4 plate of rice
- 1 pc of keropok
- 1/2 pc of chicken
- 2 sml pcs of beef
- assorted kuih muih (share with mum and dad)
- 1 slice of tiramisu
300 ml of Air Sirap

SNACK: AT GERAI TEPI PANTAI
@ 5.15 pm
- 1/3 of sotong goreng tepung
- 1 pc of udang goreng tepung
300 ml of Coconut Shake

IN BETWEEN
600 ml H²0

DINNER: AT PRINZ PARK HOTEL
@ 9.14 pm
- 1/4 plate of fried rice
- 2 pcs of sausages
- 1/4 plate of spaghetti bolognese
- 1 pc of fried chicken
- 1 bowl of mushroom soup
- assorted kuih muih (share with mum)
300 ml of Sirap

BACK AT HOTEL
1/2 tspn of Psyllium Husk + 1/4 tspn of Teamix + 300 ml warm water
