Summary of my weight loss:
I have loss 18 kg + 25.5 inches with 2 Herbalife shakes + 1 normal meal.
I loss another 1 kg + 24.1 inches after I stopped taking Herbalife shakes.
To date, I have lost a total of 19 kg + 49.6 inches of my body.
I'm currently taking 2-3 normal meals per day.
I'm no longer dependent on Herbalife Shakes for more than 5 years.

- 1/2 plate of Laksa Thai (share with mum)
1/2 tspn of Psyllium Husk + 1/4 tspn of Teamix + 300 ml warm water

LUNCH: AT PV12
@ 1.18 pm
- 1 pc of OR KFC chicken
- 1 sml scp of mashed potato
- 1 sml scp of coleslaw
- 1 sml scp of makaroni
- 3 sticks of beef satay
- 1 stick of chicken satay
- 1 slice of nasi impit
- 1 scp of kuah kacang
- 1/2 slice of birthday cake (share with bro)
300 ml of Air Cincau

BACK AT HOME
200 ml of Chocolate Milk + ice cream

IN BETWEEN

DINNER: AT RESTORAN AL-MALEK

- 1 pc of roti telur
