Summary of my weight loss:
I have loss 18 kg + 25.5 inches with 2 Herbalife shakes + 1 normal meal.
I loss another 1 kg + 24.1 inches after I stopped taking Herbalife shakes.
To date, I have lost a total of 19 kg + 49.6 inches of my body.
I'm currently taking 2-3 normal meals per day.
I'm no longer dependent on Herbalife Shakes for more than 5 years.

DAY 1: PUASA GANTI (4 days left)

(note: puasa 6 done. tinggal puasa 5 hari.)

UPON WAKING UP

- 1/4 plate of sup sayur w/ tofu
- 4 pcs of peparu
1/2 tsp of Psyllium Husk + 1/4 tsp of Peach Teamix + 250 ml warm water

BERBUKA: AT HOME
@ 7.30 pm (tapau nasi kak wok)
- 1/4 plate of rice
- 1/4 plate of ayam goreng
- a few scps of kuah with sayur terung + kacang
- 2 pcs of peparu
- 1 small scp of ikan bilis
300 ml of Milo
1/2 tsp of Psyllium Husk + 1/4 tsp of Peach Teamix + 250 ml warm water
300 ml H²0

IN BETWEEN
900 ml H²0

BEFORE BEDTIME
300 ml H²0
