Summary of my weight loss:
I have loss 18 kg + 25.5 inches with 2 Herbalife shakes + 1 normal meal.
I loss another 1 kg + 24.1 inches after I stopped taking Herbalife shakes.
To date, I have lost a total of 19 kg + 49.6 inches of my body.
I'm currently taking 2-3 normal meals per day.
I'm no longer dependent on Herbalife Shakes for more than 5 years.

Day 2: Gold Coast Sepang, Bagan Lalang

UPON WAKING UP

- 3 cubes of watermelon

- 1 small bowl of bicher muesli with fruit compote

- 1 smallfrench toast with honey
- 1 small pancake with chocolate sauce
- (didn't eat bread butter pudding)
- 1 pc of sticky bun
- 1/8 plate of sauteed zuchinni and mushrooms
- 1/3 pc of corn on cob
- 1 slice of beef bacon
- 1/2 pc of sausage
- 1 slice of pita bread with hummus and chickpea salad
PLATE #3
- 1 omelette
100 ml of apple juice
250 ml of hot latte

BACK AT HOTEL ROOM
1/2 tsp of Psyllium Husk + 1/4 tsp of Peach Teamix + 250 ml warm water
